Dr. Mark Helvie and his wife, Kim bought Dahlonega Veterinary Hospital in May 2004. They are University of Georgia graduates. You may see my two kids, Mary and Ru, at the clinic making sure each pet has a nice treat and clean living space. |

My husband works at Camp Merrill as support for the 5th Ranger Training Battalion. I have a cat named Squirt who I raised since she was 2 weeks old when she was brought into the hospital. She is now two years old. I also have a 6 month old Miniature Australian Shepherd named Kiah. |

Liz. I have worked with animals for over twenty-five years… over half of that time was in the veterinary field. I became a Qualified Veterinary Nurse in the United Kingdom in 1999 and came to the United States to work for Dahlonega Veterinary Hospital in November 2006. I brought with me my two Border Terrier’s Max and Willow who enjoyed the flight over the Atlantic. |
